Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances at management's discretion. Cancellations of reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask any individual to leave if these rules are violated.

6. Equipment and Game Usage

Gaming equipment and board games remain the property of Chicken Road. You agree to use equipment properly and as instructed. Damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in repair or replacement charges. Downloading unauthorized software or modifying our gaming systems is strictly prohibited.

7. Food and Beverage

Food and beverages purchased at Chicken Road must be consumed on the premises. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment; customers with allergies should inform staff before ordering. Outside food and beverages are not permitted except in special circumstances with prior approval.

8. Reservations and Events

Reservations may be required for groups, tournaments, and special events. Cancellation policies apply as communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, with appropriate notice when possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials on our website and premises are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Chicken Road or our licensors. Photography and video recording on our premises are permitted for personal use only, not for commercial purposes without written permission.
